1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by ICC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services as outlined in our Services section.

Service scope is based on the agreed quote and property condition at the time of service.

3. Bookings & Scheduling

Bookings can be made via website, phone, or email.

A booking is confirmed once:

A date and time is agreed
The quote is accepted
Any required deposit is paid

Typical lead times:

Regular cleans: ~2 days
One-off/deep cleans: ~2 days
Emergency cleans: <2 days (subject to availability)

We may adjust scheduling due to operational requirements. Clients will be notified where possible.

4. Pricing & Variations

Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of quoting.

We reserve the right to:

Adjust pricing where actual scope, condition, or access differs
Charge additional time or services required to complete the job properly

5. Payments

We accept card, cash, and bank transfer. GST is included where applicable.

Residential: payment due on service completion or per agreed plan
Commercial: 14-day payment terms unless otherwise agreed

Late payments incur a 10% fee and may result in suspension of services.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Residential: minimum 24 hours’ notice
Commercial: minimum 48 hours’ notice

Late cancellations or changes may incur a fee to cover allocated time and resources.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be held as credit.

Force majeure events will be considered reasonably.

7. Access & Attendance

Clients must provide safe and timely access at the scheduled start time.

If access is not available:

The job may be cancelled or rescheduled
A rebooking or call-out fee may apply

We are not responsible for delays caused by access issues.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate job and property information
Ensure a safe working environment
Disclose hazards prior to service
Secure fragile or valuable items

9. Quality & Rework

We aim to deliver a consistent, high-quality standard.

If something is missed:

Notify us within 24 hours
We will arrange a return visit where appropriate

We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, damage, or wear and tear.

10. Damage & Liability

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours. We will assess and determine an appropriate resolution.

Liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where required by law.

11. Insurance

We hold:

Public liability insurance
Workers’ compensation

Certificates available on request.

12. Health & Safety

We comply with WHS requirements. We may refuse or stop work where conditions are unsafe.

13. Privacy

We collect and use personal information only to provide services and handle it in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure due to events outside our control.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version applies to future bookings.
